General terms for quotations, sourcing and orders with Pointmi.
Quotations
Quotes rely on customer-supplied information and are subject to stock, supplier confirmation, exchange rates where applicable, freight and stated validity periods.
Part Identification
VIN, production date, engine, trim, part numbers and photographs may be required to reduce compatibility risk.
Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed when accepted by Pointmi and required payment or deposit has been received. Special-order procurement may then begin.
Pricing & Availability
Prices and availability can change before confirmation. A materially different substitute will not be supplied without approval.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise and can be affected by suppliers, freight, customs and couriers.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pointmi is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect customer-supplied vehicle information, improper installation or misuse.
Applicable Law
These terms operate subject to applicable South African law. Mandatory legal rights prevail where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
